Eligibility Criteria

The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on or before 31st December of the year of the admission. The maximum age limit is 35 years on or before 31st December.

Candidates must be high school or 10+2 class passed or its equivalent. All subject groups are acceptable but science (Physics, chemistry and biology) subjects with aggregate of 40% marks are preferred. Further 5% relaxation is permitted to SC/ST students for the GNM program. Candidates have to be medically fit.

Basis of Selection

All admissions are subject to a qualifying examination and entrance test, including written, interview and aptitude sections.

The written test shall be of one-hour duration and shall contain objective type questions. The test will be based on high school & senior secondary school certificate (10+2) syllabus of physics, chemistry and biology. The test will also include questions on English vocabulary and general knowledge.

Admission Procedure

Applicant placed in the merit list shall be called by the college and given admission in the order of merit.

Scheme Of Examinations

This will be based on the norms and rules of Indian Nursing Council & UP State Medical Faculty, Lucknow (UP). It will be notified and applicable from time to time.
